When visiting the conference, please remember to pay for parking as appropriate. The parking process is outside of the i-UG’s control.
Please note that the Day 1 workshops are a mix of full day and half day workshops. You cannot attend more than one full day workshop. You are welcome to select one or more half day workshops where you could attend both, or just the morning or just the afternoon, but if you book for a full day workshop then you must attend for the full day. To be clear, you cannot book into one of the full day workshops for the remainder of the day if you have selected one or more half day workshops. As workshop places are strictly limited, please ensure that you choose a workshop and attend your chosen session. If you change your mind or cannot attend, please release the place to allow other delegates to register. Please also remember to bring your preferred device with you to follow on with the learn by example opportunities.
